Pandan cake

Pandan cake is our old time favourite cake. I've probably baked this more than 20 times. Everytime when the cake is out from the oven, almost half of the cake is gone immediately.

Ingredient A :
7 egg white
Sugar 150 grams
Tartar powder 1/2 table spoon

Ingredient B :
7 egg yolk
Sugar 50 grams

Ingredient C :
Coconut milk 66 grams
Corn oil 58 grams
Pandan juice 66 grams
Self raising flour 166 grams

Steps :
1) Preheat oven at 150 deg C and grease a 10 inch round baking tin.

2) Place ingredient A in a mixing bowl and beat it using hand mixer or machine mixer till it becomes whitish and creamy. When the mixer is removed, the cream does not drop out easily from the hook meaning it is ready for next step.

3) Beat ingredient B till it turns white and creamy.

4) Add mixture of step 2 and 3 together and by using a wooden spoon, stir till the mixture blend well. Add ingredient C and continue stirring. Pour the mixture into a 10 inch round baking tin and bake for 30 mins.

See Trisha feeding the goat without fear...
And Glenda is afraid to put out her hand..
